How to get Podcasts on your iPod (via iTunes)

1. Download iTunes http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
2. Select “Advanced” then “Subscribe to Podcast” and paste in one of the URLs next to the planet icons on this page then click 'OK'.
3. The Podcast will appear in iTunes and will begin downloading the last talk.
4. Expand the arrow to see all previous talks for this Podcast and select 'Get' for any other talk you want.
5. Connect your iPod and the message 'Updating iPod Do not disconnect' will appear in iTunes. Or if connected already select 'File/Update "____’s iPod"'.
6. When finished iTunes will say 'iPod update complete'
7. To edit any update options if needed Right click on the iPod icon that appears in the left column titled 'Source' and select 'iPod Options'
8. Lastly click the eject icon (to the right of your iPod icon and name). If Windows reports an error that another application is using files on the iPod then find the ipod device via windows explorer and right click to eject. Or putting the PC in standby also seems to work.
9. You iPod should now come back to life and you can navigate to you Podcasts by selecting.
