Portugal_Sumedharama: Establishing a SIMA boundary

The formal ceremony to establish a new SIMA too place at Sumedharama on the evening of the 16th Sept. Towards the end, the weather was a little cool and there was plenty of wind. 11 bhikkhus, one samanera and approx 20 - 30 lay people were present.
