Wat Pah Nanachat, the International Forest Monastery, was established by Luang Por Sumedho in 1975 under Venerable Ajahn Chah's guidance to provide English-speaking people the opportunity to practice and train to become Buddhist monks in the traditional way of the Thai Forest Tradition. It is in walking distance to Wat Nong Pah Pong, close to the village of Bahn Bung Wai in Northeast Thailand. The present abbot is Ajahn Kevalī.
Wat Pah Nanachat is the 19th Branch Monastery of Wat Nong Pah Pong.
